Pre-market trading is seeing movement from several companies. Following the announcement of its $10.5 billion deal to acquire Adenza, owned by Thoma Bravo, shares of Nasdaq dropped 7.7%. Tesla's stock price, meanwhile, rose for a record 12th straight day. Illumina's shares climbed 2% after the announcement of a CEO transition plan, while Nio enjoyed a premarket increase of more than 4% due to reduced prices on electric car models and delayed capital expenditure projects. Meanwhile, SentinelOne's stock rose 5.2% after Morgan Stanley upgraded it to overweight, while Bill.com saw a 4.8% dip following a downgrade to equal weight. Oracle's IT shares went up 4.7% as investors await fourth quarter earnings results expected after the market closes, and Morgan Stanley's upgrade to Carnival brought the cruise stock up 5.5%.
