Mark Zuckerberg Asserts that Elon Musk Unwavering About Cage Match

Mark Zuckerberg asserted that Elon Musk should not be taken seriously in his suggestion of having a cage fight, and that it is now time to move forward. The Meta leader posted on the social media platform Threads that he had asked Mr Musk out on a date, but the other businessperson had given excuses. On Sunday, Mr Musk indicated on the platform X (formerly known as Twitter) that he was available to fight from Monday onwards. In June, the billionaires concurred to a battle which caused extensive media coverage. Although they've been encouraging each other for months, the rivals have yet to set a date for their fight, making it seem unlikely it'll really happen. The arrival of Threads in July further complicated the ongoing war of words, registering more than 100 million user sign-ups in seven days or less. That number has dropped, and X is still ahead with approximately 350 million users - however, Mr Musk has warned he may take legal action against Facebook citing "unlawful misappropriation of Twitter's trade secrets". Meta refuted the allegations. Last week, Mr Zuckerberg suggested the date of 26 August for the cage match. However, on Friday, Italy's culture minister let it be known that he had spoken to Mr Musk regarding putting on the duel in Italy for a charitable purpose. Mr Musk proposed that it would have "an ancient Rome theme". I don't think so!" On Sunday, the supervisor of Meta posted on Threads: "Elon won't give a certain day, then states he needs to have surgery, now he's asking to do a trial lap in my backyard - I'm not convinced!" If Elon is interested in setting up something formal or romantic, he knows how to contact me. If not, it's time to look elsewhere. I'm going to dedicate my energy to competing with those who are dedicated to the activity. When confronted on X, Mr Musk referred to the Meta CEO as a "chicken". Mr Musk had previously shared a text message conversation supposedly between himself and Mr Zuckerberg on the messaging app. This article includes content from Twitter. He suggests that the fight take place in Mr. Zuckerberg's eight-sided ring, the one usually used for cage matches. Mr Musk said he hadn't been honing his skills much, except for a quick tussle with Lex Fridman [the computer scientist and podcast host] today. I highly doubt it, but due to our size imbalance, you could be a modern-day Bruce Lee and manage to come out on top. At 52 and 39 respectively, Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg are two of the most recognized technology billionaires in the world. In June, Mr Musk tweeted his interest in engaging in a cage fight with Mr Zuckerberg, which is a peculiar concept. The Meta boss, who is already adept in MMA and has been successful in recent jiu-jitsu tournaments, simply responded with "send me location".
